Sloane-Robinson Scholarships:Graduate Studentships & Scholarships

The Sloane-Robinson Foundation is supporting two scholarships for students demonstrating exceptional talent and promise in the field of biomedical engineering who have been offered a place on the taught MSc in
Biomedical Engineering. The scholarships will be available only to students from developing countries including Eastern Europe. The value of the award is £5,000, towards living expenses while at Oxford.

There is no separate application form for these scholarships. If funding is available for 2010, all eligible applicants for the MSc in Biomedical Engineering who apply for graduate study by 12 March 2010 (i.e. the third application deadline) will be considered for this funding.

Medtronic Scholarships
Eligibility: Home/EU - female and/or minority applicants

The Medtronic Foundation is supporting scholarships for students demonstrating exceptional talent and promise in the field of biomedical engineering who have been offered a place on the taught MSc in Biomedical Engineering. The scholarships will be available only to female students and to ethnic minorities. The value of the award is $25,000, or its GBP equivalent, towards living expenses while at Oxford.
There is no separate application form for these scholarships. If funding is available for 2010, all eligible applicants for the MSc in Biomedical Engineering who apply for graduate study by 1 June 2010 will be considered for this funding.
